ClubCycle is lead by fitness expert Heather Harper. She, and her team, are experts at helping people with their health, fitness, nutrition and well being.

She is the expert people go to when they need help with their own health, fitness, nutrition, mindset and wellbeing.

What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but get you results fast! We’ve helped 100’s of people who’ve never stepped into a gym before get into amazing shape while boosting their confidence. So whether you’re a first-timer or you have some past exercise experience, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Spin is low impact so a great way to exercise as its joint friendly. Let our team know if you have any pain or injuries

What can I expect after the 2025 Challenge?

After just 6 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of energy right from when you wake up in the morning and throughout the whole day.
